Questions
Does StatusPath Reports use Jira permissions?
Yes. Users can only report on work items they are allowed to view in Jira.
Can I use JQL?
Yes. JQL is useful when Project or Filter scope is too broad.
project = "SUP" AND status in ("In Progress", "Review") ORDER BY priority DESCWhy do two users see different results?
They may have different Jira permissions, filter access, project roles, or issue visibility.
Does a saved report store report results?
A saved report stores configuration. When it is rerun, the calculated result can reflect updated Jira data.
Saved reports can store the report type, source, filters, calendar, duration format, selected fields and dynamic columns, groups, sort/filter state, table/chart mode, and chart settings.
Can I export data?
Yes. You can export report tables to CSV or XLSX.
Why is an export taking time?
Large reports require data retrieval, changelog calculations, and file generation. Narrowing the scope can reduce export time.
Can charts be exported?
Chart export is supported where available for the selected chart type.
Does export match the page?
Table export uses current grid rows after filtering and sorting when the grid API is available. Hidden columns are excluded and visible column order is preserved.
Can I use Cycle Time or Lead Time?
Cycle Time and Lead Time calculation compatibility exists for legacy saved-report restore paths, but they are not shown as normal report choices in the current report selector. Do not rely on them as public V1 report types.
Does StatusPath Reports support Jira Data Center?
No. The current app is built for Jira Cloud Forge.
