- Duration format menus now preview how each format will display, and successful results show the last refresh time.
- Jira users with account data open the native profile card behavior, while unavailable identities remain readable as plain values.
- Status colors stay consistent across supported charts, and Top Bottleneck totals now preserve the complete underlying duration.
- Report grids keep sorting to a single column even when Shift is pressed, avoiding accidental multi-column sort states.
Historical scope
Historical snapshot and Compare dates reconstruct selected field values for the work items returned by the current selection or JQL. They do not recreate historical JQL membership or deleted work items. Restore is available only for supported fields and still requires explicit confirmation.

- In Report Center, Average Time in Status Work item count drill-down for reviewing the work items behind a grouped count and opening a nested Status Journey for an individual work item.
- Average Time in Status Work item count now displays the distinct group count and its percentage of the current report population while preserving numeric count sorting.
- Top Bottleneck charts now hide individual segment values only when the available width is too narrow to keep them readable.
- Work item date range and Trim History controls switch to compact icon buttons on narrow screens while retaining accessible labels and the selected-date tooltip.
