By installing, accessing, or using StatusPath Reports - Time in Status for Jira, the customer agrees to these Terms. After the first reference, StatusPath Reports - Time in Status for Jira may be referred to as “the app”.

Scope

These Terms apply to the app, related documentation, and support provided by BlueGrove Labs. They do not replace Atlassian terms that apply to Jira Cloud, Atlassian Marketplace, billing, licensing, installation, or Atlassian accounts.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory Atlassian Marketplace processes for licensing, purchasing, cancellation, refunds, or app distribution, the Atlassian Marketplace process controls for that Marketplace transaction.

Marketplace licensing, evaluation, and purchase

The app may be evaluated, purchased, renewed, cancelled, refunded, or otherwise managed through Atlassian Marketplace and Atlassian billing flows. Marketplace subscription status, evaluation periods, payment, taxes, cancellation, and refund handling are processed under Atlassian Marketplace terms, policies, and systems.

BlueGrove Labs may rely on Atlassian licensing information made available to the app. Access to paid or evaluation functionality may require an active Marketplace subscription, evaluation, or other valid entitlement.

License grant

Subject to these Terms and an active Atlassian Marketplace subscription, evaluation, or other valid entitlement, BlueGrove Labs grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for the customer’s internal business purposes with Jira Cloud.

This license does not transfer ownership of the app, documentation, code, designs, trademarks, or other BlueGrove Labs intellectual property.

Restrictions

The customer must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, modify, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or commercially exploit the app except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

The customer must not bypass licensing controls, abuse Jira or Atlassian APIs, interfere with the app or its infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, use the app in a way that harms BlueGrove Labs, Atlassian, or other customers, or use the app to build or assist a competing product.

Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for managing Jira permissions, user access, app installation and removal, report configuration, saved reports, dashboard sharing, exported files, and the Jira data selected for reporting.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that use of the app complies with internal policies, agreements with Atlassian, and applicable laws and regulations.

Data and privacy

The app accesses and processes Jira data only as needed for reporting, configuration, dashboard gadget, issue activity, export, support, and security purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.

Customers should avoid sending sensitive Jira data, secrets, tokens, or customer confidential information in support requests unless their organization has approved that disclosure.

Privacy PolicyData access, processing, storage, retention, and privacy requests.

Support

BlueGrove Labs provides product support through the support portal when available. Email support is available as a fallback.

Support may require product name, Jira site URL, report configuration, screenshots, error messages, logs, or diagnostic context that the customer chooses to share.

Report accuracy

The app calculates reports from Jira data available to the app and current user context. Results may depend on Jira issue data, changelog availability, Jira permissions, filters, date ranges, Trim History settings, working calendar configuration, selected fields, report type, and other report configuration.

BlueGrove Labs does not guarantee that every report will match every organization’s internal reporting method, SLA calculation, workflow interpretation, spreadsheet, or third-party reporting tool.

Intellectual property

BlueGrove Labs and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the app, documentation, software, designs, trademarks, and related intellectual property.

Customer data remains the responsibility of the customer and is governed by Jira permissions, Atlassian controls, and the Privacy Policy.

Warranty disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the app and documentation are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. BlueGrove Labs does not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every customer workflow, reporting policy, or compliance program.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BlueGrove Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the app.

BlueGrove Labs’ aggregate liability for claims relating to the app will be limited to the amounts paid for the app by the customer through Atlassian Marketplace during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if no amount was paid, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Termination and suspension

Access to the app may be limited, suspended, or terminated if the customer’s Marketplace subscription or evaluation expires, is cancelled, is not paid, is otherwise invalid, or if the customer materially violates these Terms.

The customer may stop using the app by uninstalling or cancelling it through Atlassian Marketplace or Jira administration, subject to Atlassian processes and any applicable Marketplace terms.

Changes to these Terms

BlueGrove Labs may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after an update means the customer accepts the updated Terms.
