This Privacy Policy explains what data BlueGrove Labs may access, store, and use when you visit our website or use StatusPath Reports.

What data we access

StatusPath Reports may access Jira issue fields and changelog history required to calculate report results, including issue key, summary, status, assignee, project, issue type, priority, reporter, parent, resolution, dates, and selected fields included in a report.

The app may also access Jira project, filter, board, sprint, status, field, and user lookup data needed for setup controls, plus dashboard item properties for gadget configuration.

What data we store

The app may store saved reports, default report settings, recent setup, draft setup, admin settings, work calendars, project settings records, and user-specific report preferences so users can restore frequently used configurations.

Dashboard Gadget configuration can also be stored in Jira dashboard item properties.

Why we use the data

We use this data to calculate workflow duration, status counts, transitions, chart results, exports, saved report configurations, and troubleshooting context when support is requested.

How long data may be retained

Configuration data may be retained while the app remains installed or while the configuration is needed to provide the product feature. Support emails and related diagnostic information may be retained for operational and compliance purposes.

Third-party services

The app operates within the Atlassian Marketplace and Jira Cloud ecosystem. The website may use Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare services for hosting, DNS, security, and lightweight analytics.

Data processing model

Current report calculations run in the browser frontend, while app configuration and settings may be stored through Atlassian Forge storage or Jira dashboard item properties. The current V1 website has no database, login, CMS, or backend.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for managing Jira users, projects, issue permissions, field visibility, and the content they choose to include in reports or support requests.
